Deposit Policy

At Vixen Hair Salon, we operate by appointment only to provide a personalized, private experience tailored to each client. Our approach ensures you receive our full attention and the exceptional care you deserve.

We strive to stay on schedule and make every effort to inform clients promptly if unforeseen delays occur. To maintain an efficient schedule and minimize gaps caused by late arrivals or no-shows, we require a deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit amount varies depending on the service booked and guarantees your reserved date and time.

PLEASE NOTE:

If you prefer not to pay a deposit, you are welcome to call on the day you wish to book and inquire about any last-minute openings or availability.

Deposit Amounts

Haircuts: $25

Color Services: $50

Keratin Treatments: $50

Hair Extension Consultation: $50

Hair Extension Installation/Removal: $100

Corrective/Hourly Appointments: $100

(Color Consultations are free of charge.)

Hair Extension Consultation Policy

  • Extension Consultation: $50 (up to 1 hour)

    • This consultation fee is non-refundable.

    • If you decide to purchase hair extensions, the deposit will go toward the cost of the extensions.

    • If you choose not to proceed with purchase, this payment covers the cost of your consultation.

 

Deposit Terms

  • Deposits are non-refundable.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, your deposit will be forfeited and paid directly to your stylist.

  • If your stylist needs to reschedule, your deposit will carry over to the new agreed-upon appointment.

  • Your deposit will be applied to the total cost of services received on the day of your appointment.

 

How to Pay

Deposits can be paid using:

  • Venmo

  • PayPal

  • Zelle

 

FIRST, you must contact your stylist to discuss availability.

Once you have both agreed upon an appointment day/time you will be asked to pay the deposit fee.

Your appointment is NOT set or guaranteed until you have paid the deposit.

We do not hold appointments.

 

To book your appointment:

1. Contact your stylist for availability.

2. Let your stylist know your preferred method of payment.

(They will provide you with the payment link)

3. Pay the deposit.

3. Contact your stylist to confirm your deposit has been received and

your appointment has been set.
